POLICIES
TOUCH UPS
Touch up appointments for cosmetic tattoo services are required. If you fail to book your touch up within 12 weeks of your initial session, you will forfeit the touch up cost and be charged an annual touch up service cost.
GUESTS
Please limit guests to one person.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If Richland County is under a level 2 or higher snow emergency, the studio will be closed and you will be contacted to have your appointment rescheduled. If you feel unsafe traveling for your appointment due to severe weather, please contact me as soon as possible and we will get you rescheduled.
PREVIOUS WORK
If you have previous work from another artist, you MUST send clear pictures of the work before your appointment. Showing up to your appointment without disclosing previous work and without approval may result in the inability to complete the service and cancellation fees may apply.
BOOKING
A card on file is required in order to book an appointment. You will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule a cosmetic tattoo with less than a 72 hour notice, you will be charged a 50% fee. If you no show for your appointment you will be charged the full service price.
LATENESS
Things happen! Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late to any service, I reserve the right to treat it as a same day cancellation and therefore the cancellation policy will apply.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
To accommodate the time I had scheduled out of my day for your service, you may owe 100% of the missed service cost.
